They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease during this difficult time for me. At times I had to sign off on documents to complete everything and it was very difficult. I never felt rushed, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. All of the arrangements were perfectly organized.
